1§. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment.
2§.The Guest has been given __2__ keys to the apartment, witch shall be returned to the day of departure.
3§. Guest shall allow the Owner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
§4. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the Guest information Card may not stay overnight in the property.
§5. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
§6. All the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this agreement, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
§7. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
§8. Keep the property and all furnishing in good order.
§9. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
§10. Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
§11. Parking is limited to __1__ vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking is free and are the sole responsibility of the owner. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
§12. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
§13. No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the relax/sauna at any time without adult supervision. When using the relax/sauna remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility – Use at your own risk. Do not leave the relax/sauna on without supervision.
§14. The water system in the toilet is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that other products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the damages.
§15. Prostitution, drugs or other illegal activities are strictly prohibited, police force will be called immediately. 
§16. The owner is entitled to charge the guests if any of the above rules have been violated or if the property, inventory or its appliances have been used unfairly or other than normal.
§17. If the apartment is in such damaged condition that it cannot be rented out, the owner is entitled to charge the guest for any loss of daily income.
